Beyond the initial 90 days of factory support, Keywest digital signage
clients can easily add our TotalCARE software maintenance and support
for up to
five years.
All MediaZone, MediaPOD, InfoZone and MediaXtreme Interactive products can be
diagnosed
and maintained remotely
through an IP connection. A broadband connection with Internet access is required. Please contact us for multi-unit discounts and a quote.

Hardware warranty, software maintenance and customer support
can be extended beyond the initial one-year warranty period for up to
five years.
